At Jafai, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure you are happy with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, and we have created this return and refund policy to make sure you have a smooth shopping experience.
1. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 7 days of receipt of the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased during clearance sales or special discounts.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged product.
5. Shipping for Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to mail@jafai.com. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
